Using Tula
By creating a Tula account you agree to use it for yourself and the pets in your care, and to keep your login secure.
Free plan
The free plan is free for as long as you use it, not a time-limited trial. We may change what is included with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions
Tula Plus and Tula Care are billed monthly in advance through Paystack and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Furniture pre-orders
Furniture pre-orders are paid in full at checkout through Payfast. See the pre-order terms on the Furniture page for lead times, refunds and returns, which form part of these terms.
Not veterinary advice
Nothing on Tula, including the assistant and Learn articles, is a substitute for veterinary care. Always consult a registered vet for diagnosis or treatment.
